Returns & Exchanges

  • 7-Day Return Window: You may return most new, unworn items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Exclusions: Final sale, clearance items, and gift cards are non-returnable. For hygiene reasons, certain items (like base layers or worn hats) may not be eligible.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment once the returned item is inspected.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear after processing.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged on arrival, etc.).

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • To make it easy, we can provide a prepaid return label and deduct the cost from your refund.

Defects / Wrong Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
