We know when you order gear, you want it fast and reliable. Below is how we handle shipping at 42 North Outdoors.
Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During peak seasons or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer — we’ll keep you updated if that happens.
Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship anywhere in the United States. (International shipping may be added in the future.)

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on location.

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination.
Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking updates may take 24 hours to appear in the carrier system.
Shipping Guarantee

All shipments are insured for peace of mind. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us right away and we’ll make it right.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is marked delivered by the carrier.
Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Certain oversized or hazardous items (like fuels, aerosols, etc.) may have shipping restrictions — these will be clearly noted on the product page.
Delays

While we work hard to meet our timelines, please note that carrier delays (weather, holidays, natural events) are outside our control.
