We know when you order gear, you want it fast and reliable. Below is how we handle shipping at 42 North Outdoors.


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During peak seasons or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer — we’ll keep you updated if that happens.


Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We ship anywhere in the United States. (International shipping may be added in the future.)

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on location.

  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination.


Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take 24 hours to appear in the carrier system.


Shipping Guarantee

  • All shipments are insured for peace of mind. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us right away and we’ll make it right.

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is marked delivered by the carrier.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

  • Certain oversized or hazardous items (like fuels, aerosols, etc.) may have shipping restrictions — these will be clearly noted on the product page.


Delays

  • While we work hard to meet our timelines, please note that carrier delays (weather, holidays, natural events) are outside our control.
